hello all of you. today in this tutorial i want to tell you about how to create a background image via photoshop.it is amazing and realiable for you.
follow these steps via image and make a background image.

create a new page in photoshop look like this
1.now set the size of new page.
2.then chose the gradiant tool and drag it from bottom to top.
go to filter menu it the top.
Press Ctrl + F to repeat the same effect still to your requirement.
6. Filter–>Pixelate–>Mazzotint
7. Then go to Filter –>Blur –>Redial Blur.
8.Then also repeat one more time 7th step.
9.Go to Filter–>Distort–>Twirl . Then follow the below image.
10. Go to layer pallet duplicate this layer & layer pallet option select lighten.
11. Go to Filter–>Distort–>Twirl–>Window appear–>Angel 180°–>Ok.
12. Go to image menu–>Adjustment–>Hue Saturation–>Windows appear –>follow the image below.
13. Select the original layer. Go to image–>Adjustment–>Hue Saturation–>Windows appear –>follow the image below.
12.Finally you see the beautiful Digital Art Effect
